Early voting and no-excuse absentee voting process as a means to reduce or eliminate barriers to voting.

This study, adopted at Convention 2009, is now ready for study and discussion by local Leagues across Missouri. This fall Leagues will hold meetings in which they will study and discuss these voting options as part of the nonpartisan group's consensus process. The League considers the pros and cons associated with an issue before adding to our current position supporting Election Laws and Voting Rights.
